Summer of Flows: A series of Subconscious Release Technique, breathwork, meditations and journaling prompts
Today's little flow is a gentle meditation and visualisation exercise to help with releasing pain. This flow, I've personnaly used a lot this year to help me deal with the symptoms of periodontal illness, jaw, emotional and mental pain.
Sometimes all we need is a few breaths to buy ourselves time to still be able to live our lives without having pain or the fear of pain get in our way.
